My Journey…

My life hasn’t followed a neat plan. It’s been more of a “chaos → clarity → repeat (but better each time)” situation — which, inconveniently, turned out to be excellent training for life coaching.
In my twenties, I lived abroad in Tenerife, chasing freedom, sunshine, and meaning. These days, I’m a mum of three, which means I’ve mastered negotiation, emotional regulation, and staying calm while everything is on fire. If parenting doesn’t qualify you for crisis management, I don’t know what does.
Before coaching, I trained and worked as a social worker, supporting people through mental health challenges, addiction, domestic abuse, parenting struggles, and complicated relationships. I’ve spent years in rooms where life is messy, heavy, and very real — which is why I don’t believe in “just be positive,” vision boards alone, or pretending childhood stuff magically disappears when you turn 30.
I’ve lived plenty of ups and downs myself. For a long time, my life felt chaotic — not because I was broken, but because I was carrying things that were never mine to begin with. Like many people, I learned early how to survive. Later, I learned how to actually live.
Today, I’ve achieved dreams I once thought were unrealistic (turns out they weren’t — I just needed the right tools). I continue to set new goals, not from a place of pressure, but from self-trust and choice. Progress now feels intentional, not exhausting.
My coaching is for people who feel stuck because of childhood trauma — the ones who are capable, insightful, and tired of repeating the same patterns despite knowing better. You’re not lazy, dramatic, or “behind.” Your nervous system just learned some very effective coping strategies that are now wildly outdated.
I bring professionalism, honesty, compassion, and humour to my work — because healing is serious, but it doesn’t need to feel grim. We can do deep work and still laugh. Often at the same time.
If you’re ready to stop surviving on autopilot and start building a life that actually feels like yours, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
Real life. Real growth. No pretending.
