Hi, I’m Kerri. I’m a certified life coach and former social worker with years of experience supporting people through real-life challenges — including mental health, trauma, relationships, and major life transitions. I understand how early experiences shape how we think, feel, and respond. My work focuses on helping you feel more in control of your life, without shame or pressure. This isn’t about fixing you — because you’re not broken. It’s about giving you the tools, support, and space to grow into who you want to be.
